I’m not one for writing down instructions and recipes, this was created by adding veg to a pot.
- Red pepper
- Asparagus – thin tipped
- Pilau rice
- Black pepper
- sesame seeds
This was delicious!
I always feel happy when I prepare my own meals, I know exactly whats inside and I never feel guilty if I eat too much – it’s all veg and prepared in a healthy way.
They often say that weightloss starts in the kitchen and I do believe that is true! Jack-fruit is becoming a kitchen staple for me and I’m excited about what I’ll make going forward.
