I’ll be sharing aspects of my health journey with you all, to be accountable for the health choices I’ve made along the way. My posts will touch on all aspects of my weight-loss journey; food, fitness and focus. I think it is important for me not to sugar-coat anything.
I also feel that as many people around the world are trying to lose weight and felt it would be a great idea to share my journey with the world.
