Ingredients

  • Banana
  • Swedish Glace (soy-based ice-cream)
  • Brown Sugar
  • Syrup (optional)

Method

  1. Peel banana and place on into suitable oven dish.
  2. Drizzle syrup across banana.
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
  4. Bake in the oven.

Top Tips

You have control over the amount of sugar/syrup you use.

Plant-based ice-cream is healthier that one made with cows milk.
